Fripp Island is on the beautiful coast of South Carolina. It’s a private community, and you must be lodging on Fripp in order to get on the Island. This Island is full of deer, especially in the early morning and at sunset, so if you are taking your dog for a walk, make sure you have a tight hold of the leash. The most of the beaches go away at high tide, so be aware. If you want to go for a long beach walk with your dog, go to Hunting Island State Park, which is next door. This park has few visitors and you can walk on some sections of the island without seeing another sole.
