The Valley is alive year round. In the winter, skiing and snow tubing are king. Cataloochee's famed snow making makes a white winter assured.

The 12th Annual Region "N" Gold Wing Road Rider Association Rally; At the Eaglenest Entertainment Center in Maggie Valley. Motorcyclists and fun seekers of all ages are welcome. Region 'N" includes North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia & West Virginia with more than 10,000 members. There will be vendors with motorcycle chrome, tires and maintenance items as well as leather goods, jewelry, clothing & trinkets. Food concessions will be available, there will be games & prizes. So bring the whole family out for a great day!
